Recently, a client from Shenzhen, China, ordered a loading dock lift from us.
The customer is a grain and oil wholesaler, mainly responsible for delivering products to supermarkets across different regions. Every day, they need to transfer goods onto trucks using pallet trucks. While the goods themselves are not particularly heavy, the loading and unloading frequency is quite high.
After several rounds of communication with our team, the client decided to customize this loading dock lift, which now allows them to easily and efficiently transfer palletized goods onto trucks.

Space-saving Design – When folded down, the platform remains flush with the ground, saving valuable floor space.
Compact Size – Even when fully raised, the lift’s footprint is much smaller compared to traditional mobile loading ramps that can stretch over 10 meters.
High Load Capacity – While the lift is rated for 2 tons, we designed it with enhanced safety in mind. It can actually support up to 3 tons, thanks to its reinforced structure and heavy-duty build.
