As large-scale livestock farming becomes more common, many farms are facing a major challenge—how to load pigs safely and efficiently onto transport trucks, especially when large trucks can’t reach the pigpens. Recently, we customized a truck-mounted scissor lift table for a client to solve exactly this problem and dramatically improve their pig-loading workflow.
Project Background: Narrow Roads, Difficult Loading
The client runs a medium-sized pig farm in a hilly rural area. Due to narrow and uneven farm roads, large livestock trucks cannot access the pig barns directly. Previously, each loading process required temporary wooden ramps and fences, multiple workers, and often led to injuries or escapes during pig jumping.
They were looking for a solution that would:
Enter narrow farm areas and pick up pigs easily;
Match the height of livestock trucks;
Allow smooth transfer of entire groups of pigs.
The Solution: Custom Truck-Mounted Scissor Lift Table

Here’s how the client uses it on-site (based on actual field operation):
The truck drives near the pig barn and lowers the lift table to ground level;
Pigs are guided onto the table via a ramp; safety rails close automatically;
The table lifts to match the height of the transport truck;
Pigs are pushed straight into the truck—no jumping, no stress;
The lift lowers and returns for the next group.
